Three minutes have been added on at the end of this second leg, the first of which we have already played. The home side are knocking the ball around in the Malmo half and trying to create one last opportunity for a sixth goal of the tie.
89'
Chelsea are looking good value for a fourth goal - they have not taken their foot off the gas since scoring their third goal. Malmo are desperate for full-time, as they have been for the last half an hour, but they still have a few minutes of added time to see through.
86'
Willian drives into the box but, just as he is about to pull the trigger, Bachirou clatters into him on the edge of the box and a free-kick is awarded. Barkley is no longer on the field so it looks as though Willian will take this.
84'
C. Hudson-Odoi has scored a goal for Chelsea! Assist by Willian.
GOOOOAAAALLLL!!!! CHELSEA 3-0 MALMO! Hudson-Odoi joins the scoring and it is greeted by the biggest cheer of the day. Willian's crossfield pass is controlled by the youngster and he drives into the box before catching Dahlin out with his early shot into the far corner.
Willian may well have forced his way into Sarri's plans for a starting spot against Man City in Sunday's EFL Cup final. That is now five assists and two goals for the Brazilian in this competition, picking out Hudson-Odoi with a nice pass for this latest goal involvement.
83'
Malmo's supporters are still making plenty of noise, despite their side trailing by a few goals on aggregate. Willian tries to feed the ball through for Kovacic but the Croatia midfielder stopped his run and it goes right through for a goal-kick.
81'
Vindheim does well to keep pace with Willian down Chelsea's left. A floated ball into the middle is easily dealt with by Dahlin under little pressure as the hosts close in on a fifth goal of the two-legged tie.
79'
E. Ampadu enters the game and replaces César Azpilicueta.
Ampadu is brought on for Azpilicueta in the sixth and final change of the match. The versatile defender will seemingly slot into the position vacated by the man he has replaced.
78'
Chelsea can now afford to go through the motions as we approach the final 10 minutes. This is a much-needed win for Sarri's side, perhaps giving supporters some renewed hope ahead of their EFL Cup final showdown with Man City at the weekend.
76'
R. Loftus-Cheek enters the game and replaces N. Kanté.
Jorginho enters the game and replaces R. Barkley.
Loftus-Cheek comes on for Kante in the first of a double change from Sarri.
Barkley leaves the field with another goal to his name - and what a goal it was, by the way - to be replaced by Jorginho.

Description
74'
R. Barkley has scored a goal for Chelsea!
GOOOOAAALLL!!! CHELSEA 2-0 MALMO! Barkley adds insult to injury following that red card for Bengtsson as he sends the resulting free-kick up and over the wall. Dahlin can only watch as it flies past him, out of his reach. Great technique from the Chelsea midfielder to seal the victory for good.
73'
R. Bengtsson gets a second yellow card and is sent off.
Bengtsson lunges in on Emerson on the edge of the Chelsea box to receive a second yellow card. He initially looked to have got away with it but the referee waited for the Malmo defender to get to his feet before showing him the card.
72'
R. Gall enters the game and replaces A. Traustason.
O. Lewicki enters the game and replaces A. Christiansen.
Malmo manager Rosler makes his second change of the game, bringing on Lewicki for Christansen, a scorer in the first leg, for the final 20 minutes.
Gall is brought on for Traustason in the third and final Malmo change.
71'
Nielsen makes a last-ditch lunge on Willian outside the box, which the referee feels was a clean challenge. The home supporters feel otherwise.
70'
Malmo are no longer pressing their opponents, knowing that the tie is now out of their reach. Chelsea have not really looked like adding to their tally over the last 15 minutes, the offside call against Barkley aside, but they are starting to play with a bit more swagger.
68'
Hudson-Odoi has been pretty disappointing in the second half - compared to his performance in the opening 45 minutes, at least - and that is largely down to the positioning of Malmo wing-back Rieks.
66'
The tempo of the match has dropped considerably since Giroud opened the scoring. That close-range finish has effectively killed off the tie and the hosts are now looking very comfortable on the ball. Can Malmo find a route back into the contest?
62'
C. Strandberg enters the game and replaces M. Rosenberg.
Strandberg is the player brought on for injured striker Rosenberg, who dragged a shot wide in the first half from Malmo's best opening of the game so far.
60'
Rosenberg is unable to continue and Malmo are about to bring on a replacement, likely Strandberg as he is the player warming up.
59'
Malmo now trail 3-1 on aggregate and need two goals to force extra time. Safari catches Kante late but the referee does not spot it as play is allowed to continue.
55'
O. Giroud has scored a goal for Chelsea! Assist by Willian.
Willian has another goal involvement to his name in the Europa League this season thanks to this cross from the left. Kante also deserves credit for carrying the ball forward, perhaps justifying Sarri's decision to field him in that right-of-centre position.
GOOOAAAALLLL!!! CHELSEA 1-0 MALMO! Giroud scores his sixth Europa League goal of the season, including his second of this last-32 tie, to all but send the home side through to the next round. Kante creates the goal by picking up a loose ball and carrying it forward to the edge of the box, before laying it off to Willan, who squres for Giroud to tap home a few yards out.
54'
Following a brief stoppage in play because of a fan making it onto the pitch, Malmo attempt to get in behind. Antonsson is a little too physical when trying to get around Rudiger, though, and a free-kick is awarded.
52'
R. Bengtsson gets yellow.
Malmo pick up another yellow card as Bengtsson enters the referee's book for a bad challenge on Barkley. Bengtsson will miss the visitors' next European match if they progress through.
51'
A. Christiansen gets yellow.
Christiansen is booked for stopping the run of Emerson. Like in the first half, Chelsea have struggled to get going since kick-off.
Christiansen turns provider by curling the ball towards a cluster of bodies but it is again headed clear, this time by Emerson. That is two vital interceptions in the space of a couple of minutes.
50'
Hudson-Odoi, who like Willian has tried constantly to make something happen, is thwarted down the right-hand side. Up the other end of the field, Vindheim's cross is met by Azpilicueta before Rosenberg can convert at the back post.
47'
It is hard to see what is happening on the pitch at the moment as half the field is clouded by smoke. Malmo supporters, who have been noisy all game, let off flares at the end of half-time - UEFA do not take kindly to that.
46'
Malmo, still not out of this tie with 45 minutes of normal time to go, get us back underway at Stamford Bridge!
45' +1
HALF-TIME: CHELSEA 0-0 MALMO
45'
Giroud and Nielsen tussle for the ball in the box and the Chelsea striker thinks he should have had a penalty, but there was not enough in it.
44'
M. Rosenberg gets yellow.
Rosenberg hacks the legs of Kovacic and is shown the third yellow card of the first half. That looked to be a frustrated challenge from the Malmo striker.
42'
Malmo have struggled to get a touch of the ball over the past 15 minutes. Chelsea are ending the first half well on top but they have just a few more minutes to find a breakthrough goal in this second leg.
40'
DAHLIN DENIES BARKLEY! Chelsea threaten again as Giroud and Barkley exchange passes. Rather than sliding another pass through for his team-mate, Barkley decides to take on the shot from 20 yards and tests Dahlin down the middle.
38'
The corner has too much on it for Rudiger and Malmo see out the danger. Chelsea need to keep this momentum going.
37'
Chelsea are isolating Malmo's full-backs and it looks like being just a matter of time before they finally break down the wall. Willian and Hudson-Odoi are at the heart of the hosts' best moments, with this latest attack leading to a corner being won by the latter.
35'
Malmo are having to do a fair bit of defending as Willian this time lofts the free-kick towards the back post, where Giroud had peeled away from his man. The knockdown is hooked clear by Safari before a Chelsea player can pounce, though.
31'
B. Safari gets yellow.
Hudson-Odoi is growing more and more into the match, which is not a good sign for Malmo. He takes the ball past one opposition player and is then taken out by Safari, who is rightly cautioned.
30'
Chelsea are finally starting to build some momentum now. Willian is looking a threat down the left all of a sudden and Hudson-Odoi has just produced some sublime footwork down the opposite flank to get out of trouble.
29'
Pass, pass, pass from Chelsea but they are not really getting anywhere - it is proving to be a familiar tale for the Premier League side. A Giroud cross from the byline goes right the way through to Azpilicueta and the attack soon breaks down, despite Willian's best efforts to keep it alive.
25'
Rieks stands his ground to further frustrate Hudson-Odoi, who got on the end of Willian's pass but could not get past the Malmo wing-back.
24'
Vindheim is causing problems for Chelsea down their left. He crosses the ball into the area but Christensen is there to clear the danger.
23'
More than a quarter of the match has been played and Chelsea, rather worryingly for Sarri, have still yet to click into gear. Malmo have been the better side overall and they are seeing plenty of the ball in the opposition half.
21'
SAVE! Hudson-Odoi is urged to take on his man down the right, but he instead plays it inside to Barkley. The midfielder gets plenty of power behind his shot from outside the box, though it is too central and Dahlin makes a straightforward stop.
19'
Vindheim drills a first-time cross into a perfect area between Caballero and his defenders, but nobody in a sky blue shirt gets to the ball and it goes straight out of play.
17'
R. Barkley gets yellow.
Christiansen attempts to break clear of Kovacic and Barkley but the latter makes contact with the Malmo midfielder and is shown the game's first yellow card.
Giroud shows good movement to get in behind for the first time today, but Safari sticks with him to make the block when the shot arrives.
16'
Willian drives inside and is clearly taken out by Christiansen, but the referee Orel Grinfeld saw things differently as he does not award the free-kick. Chelsea have been second best in the opening 16 minutes of the second leg.
14'
SHOT! Rosenberg turns Rudiger on the edge of the box and sends a scuffed shot wide of the target. That all came as a result of a poor touch from Hudson-Odoi to give possession away in a dangerous area of the field.
13'
Chelsea's struggles on the ball continue as Kovacic is again caught in possession. The hosts do eventually manage to play their way out of danger and they break through Willian and Emerson down the left. The ball is whipped towards the front post, where Dahlin is waiting to gather at the second attempt.
11'
The home side are having real difficulty getting the ball into the opposition half. Malmo's tactics are working brilliantly so far and they are only adding to the tension around Stamford Bridge.
9'
Chelsea try to play the ball out from the back but Malmo's high press pays off as Azpilicueta concedes a throw-in deep inside his own half. The long throw into the box eventually lands to the feet of Traustason, whose snapshot is high and wide.
7'
GIROUD HEADS OVER! A poor pass from Kovacic is pounced on by Antonsson. A mixture of Christensen and Kante bail out Kovacic and Chelsea look to get at their opponents for the first time today through Hudson-Odoi. The youngster plays in Kante down the right and the Frenchman's cross is headed over by compatriot Giroud in the middle.
5'
Bengtsson out-jumped Giroud to get to that Vindheim cross and he will probably feel that he should have at least tested Chelsea's back-up keeper Caballero. This has been a positive start from the visitors.
4'
OVER! Reiks is fouled by Rudiger, who put his arm across his opponent over on the left-hand side, and Malmo have the chance to get the ball into the box. Safari's delivery is pretty weak and Chelsea are able to half-clear, but Vindheim plays it back in from the opposite flank and Bengtsson heads over.
2'
Blues supporters may have got their wish with the inclusion of Hudson-Odoi today, but Sarri is still using Kante in a right-of-centre position. Kovacic is playing in the holding role in Jorginho's absence.

Chelsea, winners of this competition in 2013, get the second leg of this Europa League last-32 tie underway!
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the Europa League last-32 second leg between Chelsea and Malmo at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea hold a 2-1 lead from last week's first leg in Sweden as goals from Ross Barkley and Olivier Giroud either side of half-time put them in control, only for Anders Christiansen to pull one back for Malmo to give them more than a glimmer of hope. That victory was sandwiched by defeats to Manchester duo City and United, however, and the pressure is on Maurizio Sarri with three more huge games to come over the next week. After taking on Malmo today, Chelsea switch focus to the EFL Cup final against Man City on Sunday and then play host to Tottenham here in the Premier League six days from now. Will Sarri still be in charge for the latter of those games? Defeat today and he really will be living on borrowed time.
Malmo will be looking to make the most of the crisis surrounding Chelsea by coming away from the English capital with what would be an almighty shock. Uwe Rosler's side lost their opening group fixture at Genk but remained unbeaten over the next five matchdays, including a couple of wins over Besiktas, to make it through Group I in second place. They are now aiming to become the first side from Sweden to make it through to the last-16 stage of this competition, but they have a huge task on their hands.
CHELSEA XI (4-3-3): Willy Caballero, Cesar Azpilicueta (c), Antonio Rudiger, Andreas Christensen, Emerson Palmieri; N'Golo Kante, Mateo Kovacic, Ross Barkley; Willian, Giroud, Callum Hudson-Odoi.
Chelsea subs: Eden Hazard, Jamie Cumming, Ethan Ampadu, Jorginho, Gonzalo Higuain, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, David Luiz.
MALMO XI (3-5-2): Johan Dahlin; Andreas Vindheim, Lasse Nielsen, Rasmus Bengtsson, Behrang Safari, Soren Rieks; Anders Christiansen, Fouad Bachirou, Arnor Ingvi Traustason; Markus Rosenberg (c), Marcus Antonsson.
Malmo subs: Carlos Strandberg, Romain Gall, Egzon Binaku, Oscar Lewicki, Anel Ahmedhodzic, Dusan Melicharek, Eric Larsson.
The two teams are now out on the field at Stamford Bridge and we are moments away from kick-off.
Sarri will not feel comfortable until his side score a third goal of the tie to put the game out of Malmo's reach. The under-fire Chelsea boss has Hazard among his subs today, but Willian and Hudson-Odoi have been the hosts' two best players so it is unlikely the Belgium forward will be brought on just yet - if at all.
Thanks for joining our coverage today. Until next time, goodbye!
As comfortable as this victory was, Chelsea manager Sarri's job will not be safe just yet. Whether the Italian stays on for the visit of Tottenham in the Premier League next week may well depend on how his side get on in Sunday's EFL Cup final against Man City in their next outing. Malmo, meanwhile, are in domestic cup action on Monday as they travel to Oster.
