No Ronaldo, no party! Genoa are toying with their opponents, each pass being greeted by chants of "OLE!". The ball is launched into the box but Rugani gets on the end of it. The visitors are unable to keep hold of the ball, with two minutes of added time to come.
90'
With the 90 minutes of normal time up, Juventus have failed to register a single shot on target. Dybala did find a way through, but that was disallowed for offside. This has been a hugely disappointing display from the champions, as they continue to probe away to no avail.
88'
Juventus win a free-kick, which Bernardeschi fires straight into the stands. It is a terrible attempt that surely signals the end of Juve's hopes of rescuing something from this match.
87'
Genoa take the ball to the corner - can you blame them?! Juventus soon win back possession, but they are reluctant to launch it forward and will instead try to pass their way through on goal. A reminder that the champions have not lost a league game all season. That will surely change in the next 10 minutes.
85'
E. Can gets yellow.
Can's frustration is clear to see as he shoves Criscito to the ground. The Genoa defender makes the most of the contact, but a yellow card is the right call.
84'
Kouame charges clear of Bonucci, who has looked tired all game, but he stumbles at the vital moment and the chance goes begging. Juventus risk shipping a third goal the way this match is panning out.
82'
G. Pandev gets yellow.
Pandev is shown a yellow card for his celebration. It is a booking that he will happily accept, having put his side on the brink of a famous victory.
81'
G. Pandev has scored a goal for Genoa! Assist by C. Kouamé.
GOOOAAALLL!!! GENOA 2-0 JUVENTUS! Juventus are heading for their first league defeat in nearly a year as another substitute finds the back of the net! Pandev takes Kouame's reverse path in his stride and fires it across Perin, who is again caught out.
Kouame has wasted a couple of good chances today, but he has redeemed himself with this assist. The reverse ball gave Pandev a chance to shoot, and he was able to pick out the far corner of the net.
80'
Sturaro makes a good run towards the back post but the pass towards him is intercepted by Perin, who will wonder if he could have done more to keep out the midfielder's breakthrough goal.
Minute
Description
79'
CHANCE FOR KOUAME TO SEAL IT! Genoa waste the chance to kill off the match, as Kouame cuts inside after pouncing on a weak header from Can and balloons the ball over the crossbar. The forward made the wrong choice by shifting it onto his right boot.
77'
L. Spinazzola enters the game and replaces R. Bentancur.
Allegri is not really helping his side with these changes, constantly halting their momentum. Spinazzola, another who impressed against Atletico five days ago, is on for Bentancur.
75'
Miguel Veloso enters the game and replaces I. Radovanović.
Veloso is introduced for the final 15 minutes, taking over from Radovanovic. Genoa are closing in on a famous victory.
73'
M. Kean enters the game and replaces M. Mandžukić.
Allegri turns to Kean in place of Mandzukic, with his side needing a goal to preserve their unbeaten record. There is no Ronaldo on the bench for Juventus today, remember.
72'
S. Sturaro has scored a goal for Genoa! Assist by G. Pandev.
Pandev maybe thought about taking on the shot himself, but he instead laid it off to Sturaro alongside him and his team-mate needed just one touch of the ball to set himself before bending it past Perin with his second.
GOOOOOAAALLLL!!! GENOA 1-0 JUVENTUS! The former Juventus man fires Genoa ahead!! On the field for just a matter of minutes, Sturaro sets himself for the shot 20 yards from goal and whips it into the bottom corner, just out of Perin's reach. Questions will be asked of the goalkeeper, but that is a superb finish.
70'
S. Sturaro enters the game and replaces D. Lazović.
Prandelli makes his second change of the contest. Ex-Juve man Sturaro is on for Lazovic, who has had a good game but has started to tire.
69'
Pandev waits for the contact from Can and hits the floor to win his side a free-kick in a good shooting position. Criscito leaves it for Radovanovic, who - after much build-up - blasts it straight into the charging two-man wall.
67'
Genoa see out the danger as Dybala blazes a volley off target from the latest corner. Juventus have a little over 20 minutes to find a breakthrough.
66'
Juventus win a series of corners, each of which are some way off the mark. The latest one is helped back into the middle by Can, and it hits a home player on its way through as another corner is awarded.
64'
SAVE! This is turning into an entertaining game of football, even if it remains goalless. Genoa are starting to take a few risks, sensing that Juventus are there for the taking. Kouame lays the ball off for Pandev, but the substitute's tame shot is right at Perin.
62'
Juventus have started to play some nice football. A slick move ends with Can attempting an audacious overhead kick at the back post, which he sends wide of the target. That was better than his first-half volley, at least!
60'
G. Pandev enters the game and replaces A. Sanabria.
F. Bernardeschi enters the game and replaces João Cancelo.
Allegri, having seen his side denied a breakthrough goal by VAR, brings on Bernardeschi - superb against Atletico in midweek - for Cancelo.
There is also a first change of the match for Genoa, as Pandev replaces Sanabria through the middle.
54'
Radovanovic runs into Cancelo to send his opponent flying. Every time Juventus try to get the ball forward, Genoa get eight or nine players in front of the box. This is turning into a real tough test for Allegri's side.
52'
Mandzukic moves out wide to the right, which is not where you want him. The ball is played across to the opposite flank and Mandzukic is back in the box when Alex Sandro's cross arrives, but he is unable to get on the end of it.
50'
Romero steps across Mandzukic in the box and the Juventus forward goes to ground. The referee does not point to the spot, but that was silly from the Genoa defender.
47'
Zukanovic fouls Dybala six yards outside the box. The angle allows Dybala to go for a shot-cross of sorts, aiming for the bottom corner, but it is turned behind for a corner. Sandro shoots wide from the set-piece.
46'
RESTART! Juventus, unchanged from the first half, get us back up and running at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris.
45' +2
HALF-TIME: GENOA 0-0 JUVENTUS
45' +1
Two minutes have been added on at the end of the first half. Juventus win a free-kick in a good crossing position, but they opt to go short and that proves the wrong choice.
45'
Allegri will be happy to hear the half-time whistle in the next couple of minutes. Radovanovic carries the ball forward and is urged to shoot, which is exactly what he does. The long-ranger hits a Juve player and is cleared away.
43'
GOOD CHANCE FOR ROLON! A great passing move from Genoa ends with a cross from the right falling nicely for Rolon to strike from 15 yards. The midfielder's first-time shot is sent high over the crossbar, with Perin happy to watch it all the way.
41'
Dybala's outswinging corner drops perfectly for an unmarked Can to volley. The midfielder opens up his body but he fails to make any contact with the ball - shocking attempt! That ankle injury sustained by Mandzukic is not enough to force him off the pitch.
38'
Alex Sandro, who has not done a great deal so far, aims to pick out a team-mate in the centre with his cross. A couple of Genoa players get their heads to it first, though, and the home side are able to regroup. This is a good spell for Juventus.
36'
Genoa's best work is coming down their left through Lazovic. The home side are not afraid to cross the ball into the middle towards Sanabria, where Perin is waiting to pluck it out of the air. The visitors are not exactly holding on, but they are very much second best.
34'
That is another massive let-off for Juventus, especially as Perin produced another good save to deny Kouame moments before the penalty decision. Will Allegri's men use that as a wake-up call?
26'
Pereira's deep cross is missed by Caceres, but Lazovic is unable to bring it under control. Had he done so, that may well have been 1-0 to the home side.
25'
There have been a few signs over the last five or 10 minutes that Juventus are growing into the match. Without star man Ronaldo, and heavily rotated from the win against Atletico, this was never likely to be a five-star showing from Allegri's men.
23'
M. Cáceres gets yellow.
The third booking of the first half goes to Juventus defender Caceres for sliding in on Lazovic, who tries his best to ride the challenge but is sent crashing to the floor.
22'
MUCH BETTER FROM JUVE! A slick passing move from Juve, involving Pjanic, Mandzukic and Dybala on the edge of the box, culminates in the latter getting in a shot that deflects into the path of Radu. Not even sure if that can even technically go down as a save!
20'
Juve have had 54 per cent of the ball but have yet to have a shot of any sort. Genoa, by comparison, have had six attempts already, one of those forcing Perin into a fine save.
19'
Genoa's front three are linking up superbly in the opening quarter of the match. The hosts arguably deserve to be in front, though it is surely just a matter of time before Juventus - who could potentially go 21 points clear at the top, remember - click into gear.
15'
Genoa's gameplan has been clear to see so far, pushing Juventus back to prevent their opponents from putting any sort of attacking move together. Prandelli will be very happy with the manner of his side's display.
13'
Perin pounces on a long ball over the top that is aimed towards Sanabria. Up the other end, Mandzukic makes a darting run but returning Genoa keeper Radu smothers the loose ball.
11'
Kouame has been the liveliest player on the pitch, seeing one shot blocked by Bonucci and firing wide from that latest attempt a minute ago. The forward perhaps could have made the most of the options either side of him, though.
10'
SHOT! The champions have no real rhythm to their play, which is perhaps understandable considering they have changed half of their starting line-up. It is Genoa who are looking the more likely to score, as Kouame shoots wide from just outside the box.
8'
Juventus have struggled to get the ball forward to Dybala and Mandzukic in these early stages, not helped by the stop-start manner to the game. A simple pass towards Alex Sandro is knocked straight out of play for a Genoa throw.
6'
The referee has set a precedent with those two yellow cards in the first five minutes. This could get rather messy if it continues in this manner.
5'
Alex Sandro gets yellow.
We are level in terms of yellow cards as Alex Sandro is booked for catching Rolon. There is very little in it, though - a harsh call from the referee.
3'
C. Romero gets yellow.
Romero mistimes his tackle on Cancelo and is shown the game's first yellow card. Not ideal for a centre-back when you have another 87 minutes to play!
GOOD CHALLENGE! Kouame makes the most of some slack defending from Alex Sandro to get in behind. Rugani has a little nibble in an attempt to stop the forward getting a shot away, but it is Bonucci who makes the telling tackle to thwart Kouame.
2'
The home side have made a fairly positive start to the match, keeping Juventus away from their goal. Just two minutes played, though - there is a long, long way to go yet.
1'
KICK-OFF! Genoa, aiming to become the first side to beat Juventus in Serie A this season, get us underway!
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the Serie A meeting between Genoa and Juventus at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris.
Juventus head into this match on a real high following their incredible midweek display to overturn a two-goal deficit in the second leg of their Champions League last-16 clash with Atletico Madrid, prevailing 3-2 in that thrilling tie thanks to Cristiano Ronaldo's heroics. The Italian champions have a quarter-final showdown with Ajax to look forward to next month, but for now attention switches back to their Serie A campaign, with today's match presenting them with a chance to move 21 points clear of second-place Napoli should they come out on top.
Massimiliano Allegri's side have won five matches in a row in the Italian top flight to open up a surely insurmountable gap at the summit. The champions are without defeat in 27 Serie A games all term, meanwhile, and they have not lost on their travels in 26 league outings - the longest-such run in their history. Thirteenth-place Genoa will therefore have to pull off a massive upset if they are to return to winning ways today, having followed up back-to-back goalless draws with a 1-0 loss at Parma eight days ago.
GENOA XI (4-3-3): Ionut Radu; Pedro Pereira, Cristian Romero, Ervin Zukanovic, Domenico Criscito (c); Lukas Lerager, Ivan Radovanovic, Esteban Rolon; Darko Lazovic, Antonio Sanabria, Christian Kouame.
Genoa subs: Gianluca Lapadula, Luca Mazzitelli, Koray Gunter, Nicola Dalmonte, Miguel Veloso, Daniel Bessa, Goran Pandev, Federico Marchetti, Davide Biraschi, Giuseppe Pezzella, Stefano Sturaro, Jandrei.
JUVENTUS XI (3-1-4-2): Mattia Perin; Martin Caceres, Leonardo Bonucci, Daniele Rugani; Miralem Pjanic; Joao Cancelo, Emre Can, Rodrigo Bentancur, Alex Sandro; Paulo Dybala, Mario Mandzukic (c).
Juventus subs: Hans Nicolussi Caviglia, Moise Kean, Carlo Pinsoglio, Wojciech Szczesny, Leonardo Spinazzola, Blaise Matuidi, Giorgio Chiellini, Federico Bernardeschi, Pablo Moreno.
The two teams are now out on the field at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris and we are moments away from kick-off.
Despite having the better of the possession, Juventus ended the first half without a single attempt on target. Having made six changes to his side, though, and with Ronaldo not in the squad today, Allegri will be quietly pleased that it remains goalless. Genoa may well rue failing to take one of their chances.
Thanks for joining our coverage today. Until next time, goodbye!
Juventus, who ended the match without a single on-target attempt, could now see their lead at the top slashed to 15 points should Napoli defeat Udinese later today. That is still a more-than-healthy lead to take into the international break, after which they face Empoli at the Allianz Stadium. For Genoa, meanwhile, they will look to push on from this impressive win when they return to action on March 30 with a trip to Udinese.
