Tottenham have only picked up one point from their last 15 available and are under pressure in the top four race. Crystal Palace have won three of their last five and they are as good as safe. The Eagles are eight points clear of the bottom three and will move up to 12th with victory tonight. Few teams have been as effective away from home as Palace this season, and they will be quietly confident of making it three road wins in a row against an out of form Tottenham.

Thanks for joining our live commentary this evening. Until next time, goodbye.
Pochettino will be delighted with the victory and the second-half performance. Spurs return to third having ended a poor run in the Premier League and will have rebuilt some confidence this evening. They have several days to prepare for next week’s Champions League clash with Manchester City. Hodgson can take positives from the defence's display, though his side posed very little attacking threat until the final few minutes. Palace face a tricky trip to Newcastle on Saturday afternoon.
Pochettino will be a bit disappointed with what he saw in the first half. Tottenham played with incredible intensity, but there was a lack of creativity in the final third. Hodgson, in contrast, will be very pleased with his side’s resolute defensive performance. Palace were well organised with McArthur, Milivojevic and Kouyate limiting space for Eriksen and Alli, but Batshuayi was unable to hold the ball up and was very isolated. Lucas is Spurs’ main attacking option on the bench, while Hodgson could turn to Townsend for an extra threat on the break.
