Ralf Rangnick's men have won their last six matches on the bounce, including an impressive away win over Borussia Monchengladbach last time out. They have beaten an fine array of opponents on their way to the last four, seeing off Viktoria Koln, Hoffenheim, Wolfsburg and Augsburg in the last round via a penalty in the final minute of extra-time. They will be a difficult outift to stop.
