Pjanic goes for goal, but is leaning back and sends his effort way over the crossbar. Can Milan hold on?
90' +3
Well, Milan are right to feel hard done by but it could well get worse. There will be six minutes of added time and Juve are in the hunt for a winner!
90' +1
Penalty goal scored by Cristiano Ronaldo for Juventus!
GOOOAALLL! RONALDO MAKES NO MISTAKE! The 35-year-old waits for Donnarumma to dive to his left and sends the spot-kick down the middle. It’s now 35 goals for club and country for Ronaldo, who has scored in 11 successive Juve matches.
90'
D. Calabria gets yellow.
To add to his anger, Calabria receives a booking.
87'
Lucas Paquetá enters the game and replaces H. Çalhanoğlu.
A third and final change for Milan. Calhanoglu has made way for Paqueta, who should give the hosts some much-needed energy in the middle.
82'
Unfortunate for Milan as, after a sustained period of possession, a long ball finds Ibrahimovic, who holds it up brilliantly only to be flagged offside. Juve get back on the attack straight away, but the home side remain in their shape.
80'
A. Saelemaekers enters the game and replaces Samu Castillejo.
Pioli makes a second change as Castillejo makes way for Saelemaekers.
79'
Another Dybala cross finds De Ligt, but once again the former Ajax star cannot beat Donnarumma. Indeed, this time he directs his header wide.
77'
Juve are flooding forward now as they look to make their numerical advantage count. Dybala floats in a cross to the back post, where De Ligt meets it, but he fails to direct his header away from Donnarumma.

Description
74'
D. Laxalt enters the game and replaces A. Rebić.
Milan also make a change though this one is enforced due to Hernandez’s red card. Laxalt is on, with the goalscorer Rebic going off.
73'
A. Rabiot enters the game and replaces B. Matuidi.
A third and final change for Juve. Matuidi has made way for Rabiot.
71'
T. Hernández gets a second yellow card and is sent off.
RED CARD! Hernandez has been sent off! What a huge blow that is for Milan. The full-back received a caution for dissent earlier on and now has picked up his second booking after going in late on Dybala. How costly could that be for the hosts?
69'
G. Higuaín enters the game and replaces M. De Sciglio.
Samu Castillejo gets yellow.
A second Juve change sees De Sciglio, who was partly at fault for the goal, replaced by Higuain. Cuadrado will drop back to right-back, with Dybala switching to the right wing.
68'
Milan break, with Ibrahimovic finding Castillejo. However, his cross is blocked and, as the Spaniard looks to win the ball back, he then fouls Alex Sandro, earning a booking. That will mean he misses the second leg.
65'
Well, surprisingly, VAR has not got involved and there will be no change. That seems strange, as Rebic clearly made contact with Cuadrado.
64'
No penalty! Surely this will be referred to VAR? Cuadrado went down in the area after he was clattered into by Rebic, who did swing an arm into his face. However, the referee did not point to the spot.
63'
R. Bentancur enters the game and replaces A. Ramsey.
Sarri responds to going behind by making a change. Ramsey is off, with Bentancur coming on.
61'
A. Rebić has scored a goal for AC Milan! Assist by Samu Castillejo.
GOOOOOAAAAALLLL! Buffon is beaten this time! Rebic has got the goal, continuing his fine form with a brilliant finish on the volley from Castillejo’s cross. Buffon got down, but just couldn’t reach it. Milan lead 1-0!
It was a great cross from Castillejo, who had plenty of time to pick out his spot, while Rebic stole a match on De Sciglio to get there and finish expertly, if not rather awkwardly.
60'
Another save for veteran goalkeeper Buffon, who has to rush over to his left to keep out a deflected strike from Hernandez. Milan have stepped up the pace again now!
58'
F. Kessié gets yellow.
Excellent skill from Dybala who, having got back to help out his defence, scampers away from a defender before drawing a robust challenge from Kessie which sees the Ivory Coast international go into the book.
56'
The match has become rather scrappy again now, with Milan trying to increase the urgency in their play but making some rather rash decisions in the process.
54'
Finally, Juve have stopped relinquishing control of the ball and have now managed to string a passage of play together. Sarri will be frustrated by his side’s sloppy start to the second half, considering they were on top at the end of the first period.
52'
Milan have maintained their impressive start, with Ronaldo – of all people – carelessly conceding possession. Castillejo proceeds to strike at goal, but Buffon makes a comfortable stop.
49'
Half a chance for Ibrahimovic as a ball is floated in by Bannacer. It drops over the Swede’s shoulder but he still manages to connect with his volley, but does not manage to turn it on target, however.
46'
We're back underway, with Milan immediately launching an attack which results in the hosts winning a throw deep in Juve's half.
45' +2
HALF-TIME: MILAN 0-0 JUVENTUS.
45'
Well, Kessie is perhaps lucky to avoid punishment there, as he did swing out an arm at Cuadrado, whose theatrics have possibly saved the Milan midfielder. Meanwhile, Pioli has received a booking for complaining to the referee.
44'
After Milan rallied somewhat in the last few minutes, Sarri’s side have now got the ball back upfield and seem content to hold onto possession to wind down the clock. Cuadrado, however, is down on the edge of Milan’s area after a collision with Kessie.
42'
T. Hernández gets yellow.
Calhanoglu’s free-kick is blocked by the wall. Milan keep up the pressure but Dybala intervenes. Hernandez is convinced there was a foul on Bennacer, but his appeals fall on death ears and he receives a booking for his protests.
40'
Hernandez finds himself high upfield and latches onto a loose ball around 25 yards out, slightly to the left of centre. The former Real Madrid defender wastes no time in getting a shot off, but sends his effort into the crowd. Moments later, Milan are back on the attack, with Ibrahimovic drawing a foul from Dybala on the cusp of the area.
38'
Juve have gradually clicked up through the gears in this match and are now well on top. However, apart from that snapshot from Cuadrado moments ago, Donnarumma has remained untroubled.
34'
That’s poor from Cuadrado. The Colombia winger had made good inroads into Milan’s half but then put too much power on what should have been a simple lay off to De Sciglio and the move breaks down.
32'
Ibrahmiovic's absence will be a huge blow for Milan in the second leg and they will now be even more desperate to make home advantage count this time around and gain a lead. At the moment, though, it's Juve who are on the front foot.
30'
A. Ramsey gets yellow.
Now there’s a yellow card for a Juve player, with Ramsey going into the book for tripping up Hernandez. Take the official’s count of yellows up to 66 for the season.
29'
Z. Ibrahimović gets yellow.
Well, the first booking is out now and it goes to Ibrahimovic, who was adjudged to have fouled De Ligt. It means the striker will miss the second leg.
CHANCE! A heavy touch from Alex Sandro allows Calhanoglu to pounce. He feeds Ibrahimovic, who in turn finds Rebic, but his first-time shot is too close to Buffon, who gets down quickly to keep it out.
28'
Pjanic bends in the set-piece from wide on the left flank, only to put too much on it, providing Donnarumma with a relatively simple catch.
27'
Some neat combination play gets Pjanic into space 25 yards out. For a moment, the playmaker looks like he is going to shoot, but then he thinks better of it – a move which ultimately allows Milan’s defence to settle back into their shape and clear their lines, though Calabria does then concede a free-kick.
25'
Referee Paolo Valeri has shown 64 bookings so far this season but, so far, has kept his cards in his pocket, allowing a few niggly challenges to go unpunished.
21'
After a fast start from Milan, Juve do have a bit of control in this match now, with Ramsey and Ronaldo starting to find their feet. But, if the hosts can quicken up the play again, they have shown they are able to create chances.
19'
Frustrating for Juve! Ronaldo drifts infield and slips a clever pass through the legs of Bennacer to tee up Ramsey, who immediately gets a shot away. However, it hits Dybala, who was in an offside position.
15'
The Juve pressure comes to an end as Kessie intervenes and Milan are quickly on the front foot. Ibrahimovic lays it off to Castillejo on the edge of the area, but the winger’s first touch lets him down and the chance for a shot is wasted.
13'
Milan are leaving some gaps at the back when they charge forward but, so far, Juve have been frustrated in their attempts to make the most of them. The visitors are enjoying a sustained spell of pressure in the home side’s half now, though.
11'
Hernandez has arguably been Milan’s player of the season so far and the young full-back does brilliantly to get the better of Cuadrado before driving into the area and feeding a neat pass into Ibrahimovic, who attempts to flick it goalwards, but ultimately slices his effort wide.
8'
Juventus want a penalty after Ramsey goes down in the area after trying to get on the end of Cuadrado’s pass, but the referee dismisses their appeals.
7'
Another long-range strike from Milan – this time Rebic finds space to get a shot off and does hit the target. However, Buffon had positioned himself in the centre of the goal and makes the save.
5'
Milan are really snapping at Juve’s heels in these opening stages, with Kessie getting about in midfield, giving Calhanoglu the freedom to link the play. It appears the hosts are lined up in a 4-2-3-1, with Rebic in a wide left role.
2'
A positive start from Milan as Calhanoglu picks out Ibrahimovic just inside the area. The veteran forward manages to get plenty of power on his header, but sends it over the bar.

KICK-OFF! We are up and running in this semi-final!
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the Coppa Italia, as Milan welcome Juventus to San Siro in the first leg of their semi-final.
San Siro also hosted the first leg of Inter v Napoli on Wednesday, with the visitors coming out with a 1-0 win to take into the reverse fixture at the start of March. Heading into this tie, Milan defeated Torino in the quarters, while Juve eased past Roma.
Milan were 4-2 losers in their derby clash with Inter last time out, a result which saw Antonio Conte’s side move above Juve – who lost at Hellas Verona – at the top of Serie A.
MILAN SUBS: Matteo Gabbia, Antonio Donnarumma, Rafael Leao, Alexis Saelemaekers, Daniel Maldini, Giacomo Bonaventura, Lucas Paqueta, Mateo Musacchio, Diego Laxalt, Marco Brescianini, Asmir Begovic.
MILAN (4-4-2): Gianluigi Donnarumma; Davide Calabria, Simon Kjaer, Alessio Romagnoli, Theo Hernandez; Hakan Calhanoglu, Franck Kessie, Ismael Bennacer, Samu Castillejo; Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Ante Rebic.
JUVENTUS SUBS: Wojciech Szczesny, Danilo, Gonzalo Higuain, Daniele Rugani, Adrien Rabiot, Rodrigo Bentancur, Carlo Pinsoglio, Marco Olivieri, Luca Coccolo, Wesley.
JUVENTUS (4-3-3): Gianluigi Buffon; Mattia De Sciglio, Matthijs de Ligt, Leanardo Bonucci, Alex Sandro; Aaron Ramsey, Miralem Pjanic, Blaise Matuidi; Juan Cuadrado, Paulo Dybala, Cristiano Ronaldo.
The teams have made their way out and we’re moments away from kick-off at San Siro.
It has certainly been a cagey encounter so far. Pioli will want his side to click up a few gears after the interval as they look to take the lead while at home. Sarri will most likely be content with frustrating Milan and looking for gaps opening up as the match goes on.
That is all we have time for today. Goodbye!
Milan would have been good value for a lead heading into the reverse fixture, but as it is will have the odds stacked against them in Turin, especially without Ibrahimovic, Castillejo and Hernandez, who will all be suspended.
