Podence gets the game underway for Wolves!
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the Europa League Round of 32 second leg meeting between Espanyol and Wolves at the RCDE Stadium!
Wolves dominated the first leg and came out on top as 4-0 winners, with Diogo Jota scoring a hat-trick and Ruben Neves adding the fourth at Molineux, leaving Espanyol with a mountain to climb if they want to get through to the next round. They've struggled for form in recent weeks, winning just one of their last seven outings, and have the added challenge of scoring against a Wolves side that haven't conceded in their last four games.
ESPANYOL STARTING XI (4-4-2): Andres Prieto; Victor Gomez, Fernando Calero, Naldo, Adria Pedrosa; Oscar Melendo, Victor Sanchez, David Lopez, Sergi Darder; Matias Vargas, Jonathan Calleri.
ESPANYOL SUBS: Leandro Cabrera, Adrian Embarba, Facundo Ferreyra, Wu Lei, Diego Lopez, Pol Lozano, Pipa.
WOLVES STARTING XI (3-5-2): Rui Patricio; Willy Boly, Conor Coady, Maximilian Kilman; Matt Doherty, Leander Dendoncker, Morgan Gibbs-White, Joao Moutinho, Ruben Vinagre; Adama Traore, Daniel Podence.
WOLVES SUBS: John Ruddy, Raul Jimenez, Bruno Jordao, Leonardo Campana, Oskar Buur, Romain Saiss, Pedro Neto.
The teams are coming out onto the pitch now, with kick-off just moments away.
Espanyol did start the game brightly, but the Wolves goal put a stop to the rhythm they'd been building since the start of the game. It looks like Wolves will be going through to the next round unless the home side manage to score five more goals after the break and pull off a very unlikely upset.
Wolves will find out who they face in the next round in the draw tomorrow, but next up for them is their match against Tottenham in the Premier League at the weekend. Espanyol's winless run continues, but their full attention can turn to trying to avoid relegation in LaLiga, starting with a tough game against Atletico Madrid.
